Proven Track-Record

Mercedes-Benz has repeatedly selected projekt202 to uncover previously unknown qualitative customer insights, refine core and complex loan origination process problems, design compelling dealer-facing user experiences, and solve complex cloud migration technology challenges all while ensuring that the Customer Experience is front-and-center.

Mercedes-Benz and projekt202 have engaged in numerous projects to further experience-driven transformation and continue to redefine how to automotive industry interacts with technology.

Partnering together we have performed research, designed and built “The Best or Nothing” software ensuring that customer, dealer and employee touchpoints are best-in-class user-experiences.

Delivering Compelling Experiences

Our team created a brand-new interface, navigational structure, and visual treatment, and simplified functionality and workflows in NetStar. These designs were developed from our fieldwork at dealerships and then tested with users along the way.

These experience-driven designs make people’s jobs easier and more productive, and also allow better communication between
MBUSA corporate and the dealerships.

Solving Complex Technology Challenges

From supporting the move to agile for NetStar, to nimbly architecting and implementing a narrow slice of the next generation, cloud-native proof of concept and delivery methodology, projekt202 delivers quick wins and results.

Not only are we delivering quality code and feature work, but also we’re establishing best practices and new architectures, increasing throughput and velocity for full stack development, and creating powerful modernization of delivery and deployment management via DevOps on mission critical projects like Vista.

Driving Engagement

In early 2016, our work with MBFS was highlighted at the Inside Track dealer meeting in keynote presentations and at a booth in the Marketplace.

Geoff Robinson, VP MBFS, said, “Working with projekt202, we’ll be looking at having a complete overhaul of MB Advantage and MBFS.com … you’ll hear a lot more from them in the future.”

Aligning a Roadmap

We held several rounds of workshops to help the Daimler Truck Financial team envision the future of their mission critical F&I Pro dealer platform.

We worked with the team and their select Dealer Board to create a workable roadmap that outlines the most effective path forward to both engage dealers and manage the tricky task of sunsetting outdated technologies.  We have begun similar work setting the stage for the future of MB Advantage.

Accelerating Results

Our design team worked alongside the MBUSA NetStar 5 development team as the organization began its first agile development project.

We provided coaching and training from our executive technology team, as well as a Certified Scrum Master to set up the rituals and guide the team for over 6 months before successfully transferring the reins.

In addition to the projects and initiatives described above we are currently engaged in discussions with several parts of the Daimler family.
