Developing Compelling, Productive Experiences

Our team has created brand-new interfaces, navigational structures, and visual treatments, and simplified functionality and workflows in NetStar. These designs were developed from
our fieldwork at dealerships and then tested with users along the way. 

These experience-driven designs make people’s jobs easier and more productive, and also allow better communication between MBUSA corporate and the dealership community.

From supporting the move to agile for NetStar, to nimbly architecting and implementing a narrow slice of the next-generation, cloud-native proof of concept and delivery methodology, projekt202 delivers quick wins and results.

Driving Engagement

In early 2016, projekt202's work with MBFS was prominently highlighted at the Inside Track dealer meeting through keynote presentations and at a booth in the Marketplace. 

MBFS Vice President Geoff Robinson told the event's audience, “Working with projekt202, we’ll be looking at having a complete overhaul of MB Advantage and … you’ll hear a lot more from them in the future.”


Aligning a Roadmap

We held several rounds of workshops to help the Daimler Truck Financial team envision the future of the mission-critical F&I Pro dealer platform.

We worked with the team and the select Dealer Board to create a workable roadmap, outlining the most effective path forward to engage dealers and manage the tricky task of sunsetting outdated technologies. We have begun similar work in setting the stage for the future of MB Advantage.  


Accelerating Results

Our design team worked alongside the MBUSA NetStar 5 development team as the organization began its first agile development project.

We collaborated to provide expert coaching and in-depth training from our executive technology team. In addition, a Certified Scrum Master was brought on to set up
the rituals and guide the team for over six months before successfully transferring the reins.



In addition to these projects and initiatives, the projekt202 team is currently engaged in discussions with several parts of the Daimler family. We are excited to talk about providing our expertise in the areas of Experience Strategy, UX Design, and Technology Development, as well as larger strategic initiatives.
