According to a CNET article, the percentage of women working in technical roles at major tech companies was around 15% in 2015. At projekt202, however, we more than double that number, with women currently constituting 38% of our total workforce. When it comes to leadership roles, the industry average for women is 22.5%; at projekt202, women fill more than a third of our managerial and leadership positions.

projekt202 Earns Place on Dallas 100 for 5th Year

For the fifth consecutive year, projekt202 has been named to the distinguished Dallas 100 list of fastest-growing privately-held companies in Dallas-Fort Worth. The Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business annually compiles the elite roster of 100 North Texas companies. To qualify, companies must meet a variety of criteria based on sales, location, credit report, character and more.

projekt202 Gives Back to Support Our Communities

We believe in giving back to our communities and leading by example. More than 25 staff volunteers pitched in to design and refresh a game room at Jonathan’s Place, a nonprofit organization that offers a safe home and specialized services to children who have been abused, abandoned or neglected.

We're also involved with nonprofit organizations such as Spirit Reins, which works with children and families who have experienced trauma. Together, we follow a mission of being outstanding stewards and role models throughout our communities.

We love hackfests

We're proud to be leaders in our communities -- in Austin, Dallas, Seattle and beyond. We love helping innovative groups throughout our local markets. For instance, projekt202 sponsored a 250-person, developer-focused HackFest, with UX Designers and Developers helping different teams over the course of the 24-hour Hackfest.

We're also active in supporting industry conferences, local tech organizations, educational groups, networking opps and more.

Digital dallas art + code

projekt202 is a prominent sponsor of Digital Dallas, which focuses on growing the community of digital professionals in Dallas-Fort Worth and branding North Texas as a technology hub. 

For this year's Art + Code event, presented by Digital Dallas, our team created a showcase of our creativity and innovation through a command line photo booth app that posted animated gifs to Twitter. It was picture-perfect on multiple levels.
