In September 2018, projekt202 launched u202 — an internal professional development program — with the mission of helping our experience-driven leaders reach their full potential.

With a wide range of offerings from innovative entry-level programs to customized client training, u202 provides tracks and opportunities for growth for all individuals. 

Our u202 Tech program is specifically crafted for individuals with up to two years of experience in the industry  who are looking to grow with projekt202 into highly skilled developers and consultants. Throughout this program, the u202 participant has the opportunity to learn our philosophy and methodology directly from our internal experts and thought leaders. Over a period of two months, program participants experience a combination of classroom learning, team shadowing, and collaboration on internal and external projects prior to joining an existing projekt202 team to apply what they have learned.  

Since inception, we have launched two of these programs and are extremely pleased with the talent and growth of the first eight individuals in the u202 Tech track.

Our u202 UX program is designed for seasoned creatives looking to transition into the Experience Design space. In this intensive three-week program, participants learn projekt202’s philosophy and methodology from our experts in Experience Strategy and Insight, and Experience Design in a collaborative setting as they design the user interface for an internal project. We are excited to launch our inaugural u202 UX program this summer.

In addition to our Tech and UX programs, u202 holds monthly professional development sessions that cover an array of topics designed to enhance the consulting and craft skills of our employees and associates.  

Not only do these sessions create opportunities for growth within our company, but they can be packaged as offerings for our clients as needed or requested.  

Through these u202 offerings, we are able to not only bring value to our projekt202 employees, but also to our clients as they seek to empower and develop their employees to transform the industry.

u202 is quickly expanding and creating additional opportunities for development for our projekt202 employees and clients.
