projekt202's Resident Man of Steel Pitches In to Help Kids in Need

projekt202 Senior UX Designer Daniel Sanchez recently suited up for a mission of superheroic proportions.

At the March 25 baseball game between TCU and Oklahoma State, Daniel/Superman took to the pitcher's mound to help raise awareness for Heroic Inner Kids.

"It's a children's charity and nonprofit community outreach program which I am very proud to be a part of," said Daniel.

The mission of Heroic Inner Kids is to inspire those with challenges to realize their own inner heroes through education, outreach and advocacy. The charity's creative and costumed volunteers visit children in hospitals, attend fundraisers for cancer research, and promote literacy by reading to children in libraries and at public events, among many other year-round activities.
