UX design visionary discusses "The Empathic PM" at 2017 Project Management Symposium

The University of Texas at Dallas' Project Management Symposium is the premier conference of its kind for organizations and PM professionals in North Texas. The theme for UTD's Aug. 17-18 conference is "Disruptive Leadership in a Global Economy."
The Empathetic PM
Peter's presentation on Thursday, Aug. 17, will focus on the ways that empathy helps project managers become more powerful PMs, makes projects smoother and more efficient, and creates a greater, more unified sense of teamwork.
Attendees also will learn how empathy can be strategically leveraged to motivate team members, deliver better results and productively disrupt the traditional ways of doing things. Peter will share proven cognitive science techniques to develop empathy and drive teams to perform at higher levels.
