"For the past few years, PSCU and projekt202 have been engaged in a series of initiatives aimed at enhancing the experiences provided to both PSCU Member-Owners and their members. Consumer decisions are often being made based on the type of experience a person has with an entity, both digital and physical.

"Together, PSCU and projekt202 have worked to design and create new and engaging digital services that allow our credit unions to gain efficiencies in servicing their members and ultimately revolutionize the way in which PSCU services its Member-Owners. Continuing that work, the teams have also created a framework for consumer research and product design that ensures the products released will overwhelmingly meet and exceed consumer expectations."

projekt202 Director of User Experience (UX) Tommy Yi also served as a guest judge for PSCU's recent KnockOut 2016 competition. A total of 18 teams -- consisting of employees of PSCU and its Member-Owner Credit Unions -- competed in the 24-hour collaboration event, with the goal of solving a payments industry problem to allow credit unions to better serve their members.

A PSCU official said projekt202's active involvement in the annual KnockOut event was "exciting and valuable" to everyone involved.

"It is refreshing to have an industry/external judge that works so closely with PSCU and has a true understanding of who we are, what we do, and our current state of several initiatives as they consult and judge KO ideas," said a PSCU manager.
