projekt202 hosted our Austin tech community for the "Corporate Innovation with the Internet of Things" panel.
It was standing room only on Sept. 20 for an IoT Central networking event and discussion on the rapid changes that IoT is bringing to the corporate world.
projekt202's Vice President of Technology Paul Tidwell, Dell's Marketing Director of IoT Kirsten Billhardt, Under Armour's Senior Engineering Manager Brant Winterbottom and FutureAir's Co-Founder Michael Wang shared real-world examples of companies successfully innovating with IoT.
"The event turnout and feedback proves that IoT is top of mind for Austin's leading companies," said Erik Cottrell, projekt202's General Manager in Austin. "Hosting this discussion was a great way to bring together some of Austin's top business minds for an in-depth look at IoT’s promises and challenges. We're committed to supporting our tech community throughout Central Texas and driving those experiences that ultimately best serve our customers."
One attendee thanked participants for the "plethora of information and nice peek into corporations' IoT involvement, very positive."
Another noted, "It was interesting to meet all the attendees during the social time and getting to know more folks here in our Austin IoT community."
Thanks to our panelists and everyone who attended the Austin IoT discussion.
projekt202 is proud to support Austin's tech community as event host and sponsor of IoT Central.
