projekt202 is a proud sponsor of Front Porch 2016: The Conference for Web Developers. The tech event takes place Monday, Oct. 24, at Dallas' historic Granada Theater.
Founded and organized by projekt202 UI Developer Chris Williams, Front Porch is the premier Dallas conference for front-end web development.
Its mission is to bring together the Dallas-Fort Worth tech community for professional education and networking. The full-day, single-track conference focuses on the front-end development process -- the workflow and technologies used by developers, and the ways they collaborate with designers, clients and stakeholders.
Front Porch's audience consists of 150 developers, designers, digital strategists, project managers and others looking to further build their skills and grow their networks. Over the course of the conference, attendees learn about responsive workflows, prototyping strategies, new tools and deliverables that make sense.
This year's Front Porch speaker lineup and workshops address all aspects of developing website and app interfaces.
Representing projekt202 on the roster of speakers are Anne Grundhoefer, Drew Loomer and Mark Sims.
In "Design Systems: Enterprise UX Evolution," Anne and Drew look at the role of design with enterprise organizations, as it expands across product teams and influences decision-making at higher levels. This scale --paired with an array of devices, browsers, screen sizes, locales and environments -- makes it increasingly challenging to align designers and developers to deliver cohesive user experiences. Anne and Drew will discuss lessons, challenges and best practices for creating and maintaining an effective interface design system.
This is a prime opportunity to learn mission-critical skills from the industry’s experts.
