The relationship phase of projekt202’s process begins the moment we speak.

Before the work begins and any agreements are signed, several important interactions take place: we get to know each other, formalize the strategy, build trust and craft the plan.

During Discovery, we assess the lay of the land. We listen intently to our clients and their users and document a comprehensive understanding of issues and opportunities.

The findings that emerge from the Discovery phase give us the pieces used to craft an engaging user experience. In this phase, through an iterative process, we map the user’s mental state and the flow of information; then we analyze the look and feel of the design; and we begin to explore the design direction that meets your functional, user, and development requirements.

In this stage, we extend and validate the concepts from the Ideation phase.  Once we’ve revised and vetted the wireframes and information architecture, we provide you with the assets that ensure your design is implemented correctly and consistently – for this release and all future efforts.

After the previous phases reach their logical ends, we remain professionally and emotionally invested in the design and implementation of your new system. We support you with additional materials and training related to your new design, and we also bring the process back around three hundred sixty degrees: we continue heuristic evaluations, competitive analyses, and user research.
